You and your role
We are now looking for new retailers for our tiny houses in Denmark, Finland, Italy, France, Spain & Portugal. You should have an education and experience in sales and marketing, preferably with experience of the housing or real-estate industry. You need to live in one of the above countries and need to be fluent in the native tongue, as well as English. You should share our interest in creating a more sustainable and free way of living, a passion for architecture, interior design and houses - even those that are tiny.
Your main task will consist of executing marketing and sales within your country. You will largely be given free hands in regards to how and where you present our products, as long as it aligns with our style and branding. Channels can be anything from online sales platforms, social media, newspapers, TV and fairs, to innovative ideas such as your own blog, a video series or a tiny house road-trip.
Your daily tasks will be to create and renew ads and other marketing materials in the different channels; actively reach out and find new customers; answer emails and telephone calls from customers, from the first contact until the deal is closed. Once the order is placed, our team will take over, i.e. we’ll take care of the customer both during production and after the house has been delivered.
Who you will work with
You will work with us “Vagabonds” here at the head office in Uppsala, Sweden: Manuel, who is the founder of Vagabond Haven, as well as our sellers, warranty and project managers Helena, Lisa, Sofia and Mattias.
Education and experience in sales and/or marketing - preferably in a related industry such as e.g. the construction, housing or real-estate industry
Technical expertise such as a background as a carpenter or an electrician is a plus
Fluent in the native tongue of your country and English in speech and writing is a requirement
A talent to compose texts (for advertising, posts on social media, responding to emails, etc.)
Self-propelled and structured with a good habit of planning and organising projects
Motivation and personal qualities are highly valued
Scope and salary
Your salary is entirely commission based, i.e. you will earn a fixed percentage of profit on each sold tiny house. To be able to get to know each other, we’ll start with a probationary period of 3 months, starting as soon as possible.
