IN A NUTSHELL
We will deliver one of our tiny houses to your place. We will also list your house on our website and other booking channels and take care of all marketing, so you will get as many customers as possible. You, as the host, will take care of your guests and the house, i.e. check-in/out & cleaning of the house between guests. We will help you with any maintenance issues.

MODEL 1 - GET A HOUSE FOR FREE:
In this model, we will provide you with a tiny house of our choosing, totally free of cost and you will earn 35% of the rental incomes. We will be the owners of the house. Important: we only have a small number of houses available for this model. Therefore, in this model, we will need to choose hosts based on their location and qualifications, thus warranting the highest rate of success of the rental business. You are always welcome to choose model 2-4 if we cannot supply you with a house free of charge.
MODEL 2 - GET A 35% DISCOUNT:
In this model, you will get a 35% discount on all our ready-built models. You will own the house yourself and receive 35% of the rental incomes.
MODEL 3 - GET A 15% DISCOUNT:
In this model, you will get a 15% discount on any tiny house you like: your own custom-built or one of our ready-built models. You will own the house and receive 60% of the rental incomes.
MODEL 4 - GET HELP WITH MARKETING:
If you prefer to start your own vacation rental business with one of our houses and only want to get some help with listing and marketing, we will take 5% of any bookings made through our site.
